Well, we have been very successfull with our first two stitch samplers. The Brick Stitch and the Peyote Stitch and their respective projects have turned out lovely. I want to thank our regulars, Karen, Lisa, Linda, Suzy V., Cora, Susy M., & Russ for sticking with the projects and giving them their best effort. Every now and then we have someone stop by who is not a regular and we welcome them with open arms.
I think we are all looking forward to the next stitch and its respective project. We will be making the three row RAW bracelet with fire polish crystals.
After the Right Angle Weave we will be learning the basic spiral, and making a necklace to hold some type of pretty pendant.
If you are not interested in learning beadweaving with those tiny beads, bring the beady projects you are working on and we will help you or just provide moral support.
The next meeting of BTB6 is 19 November, and then on December the 3rd and 17th. We will not be meeting over Christmas.
After the first of the New Year 2009, the Bead there by 6 group will continue meeting on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. Susy and Cheri will be in Quartzsite the whole month of January but Russ will lead the group in their absence. Come on out and join them for some New Year's fun!
